NamJoon's POV
I glanced at Aera crying her heart out. She looked so scared
James: ANSWER ME!
Namjoon: I think I still have her number let me go get it in my office.
James: I don't trust you. I'll behind you.
Namjoon: Ok.
He dropped Aera on the floor. She ran towards Jae trying to wake him up. I walked to my office with the guy following behind me. We entered my large office and walked toward my desk. I opened one of the drawers and took out a file with all my past maids records. I took out Niana's Records and put her number down on a sticky note. I handed it to James but he refused it.
James: I want all of her records. From who she is to where she lives.
I looked down. I didn't know how to escape this one. This man could possibly kill her. I seem like an awful person. I'm sacrificing some else's life to save both my kids life. I started to dot down everything about her from who she is to where he can locate her.
Felix's POV
I went back Namjoon's house because I have forgotten something. I walked to the house only to find the door open with furniture and vases scattered everywhere. Instead of yelling out I slowly took out my phone and pepper spray just in case someone were to suprise me unexpectedly. I slowly started to walk upstairs. I checked each room analysing each one. I came across Aera's room the door was wide open. I looked inside only to see Jae on the floor unconscious and Aera crying over him she was balling her eyes out trying to wake him up. I approached her and asked her what was wrong.
Felix: what happened?
Aera: There's a bad man in the house. H-he h-o-ld a kn-ife to my neck. He said th-that id d-ad doesn't t-tell him something he-he gonna kill us all. H-He h-hurt Jae.
Aera struggled so much to say each word because of all the crying and tears in her eyes. Without a second thought I brought Aera, Jae and a pillow into her walk in closet for safety purposes. I put a pillow on Aera's lap and laid Jae on there. I called the police immediately and told them everything that I knew. They hung up the phone and said that they were on their way. I turned back to Aera's direction.
Felix: Aera Don't move or come out from here ok? It's dangerous outside. DON'T come out of here unless it's me or your dad okay?
Aera: Okie...
I left them alone to find Namjoon. I kept looking in each room like before. I came across his office and saw a man holding gun while he was writing something. The man was wearing a mask and was dressed completely in black. Namjoon looked up and noticed me and immediately went back to writing so that the guy in black wouldn't suspect anything. I sneaked up behind the guy in black and held him down. He tried to get out of my grasp. I sprayed the pepper in his eyes. He screamed out. He tried to shove me off of him. My grip started to loosen which gave him the perfect opportunity to elbow me in the stomach. He got ot of my grasp and ran as soon as he heard police sirens. Namjoon started chasing after him. The police barged into the house but it was too late. He got away. Some police officers ran after him while other looked at the security and 2 of them asked us questions. The police officers that tried to run after him came back 20 mins later only to tell us that they couldn't catch up to him and that he was gone. They took the security camera details onto a USB key to inspect in later. They called an ambulance for Jae. I told Aera to go upstairs and take a nap. Some police officers stayed back to continue inspecting and others went back to the police station to start an investigation. I pulled Felix back so that we could start discussing things.
Namjoon: Whoever just broke in knew that today Was everyone's day off. I don't even know why he wanted anything to do with Rose. She left me 2 years ago with Jae. She was my sugar baby. I don't even think it's safe to stay here. The ambulance will soon come for Jae so get him ready and pack the kids bags and my stuff.
Felix: Yes sire.
Felix left to get everything prepared while I continued to talk to the police. I called Jin to let him know that we are on our way to his hospital.
