Prerna gets ready while Shivani starts her questionnaire related to yesterday.
Shivani - aap kuch chupa rahe ho kya ?
Prerna - ....
Shivani - batao !
Prerna - nahi, tujhe aisa kyu lagta hai ?
Shivani is about to say when both the girls are called down. They both walk into the hall where their parents are sitting on the chairs of the dining table where Rajesh is speaking to Moloy on phone. He hangs up the phone and asks Prerna to get ready. She asks why ? He says for shopping. Shivani asks can I accompany with di ? Please.

Anurag comes down after getting ready to leave for his work when suddenly moloy and Mohini stop him and asks him where's he going ? He says office. They both nods in no and asks him to shop for engagement. Nivi di and Anupam ji will do that, won't you ? He asks both of them. Mohini says one minute onu, is it their marriage or yours ? You tell me ? He says maa, please you know I can't concentrate on work due to the rituals now and after marriage too. So someone has to take the responsibility, we can't delay the work. It's important. Mohini argues your baba is there know, he will see to it and moreover it's not about you only. Prerna is also there, we need to think about her too bacha. Anurag stays silent. Rajesh agrees and informs them that Anurag is going to pick you, so get ready fast. Shivani hesitates and comes in side her room along with her sister. Prerna walks in the washroom. She feels guilty for her stupidity what she did just now - the idea of accompanying her sister and ruining their plans and not letting her sister and her would be brother - in - law meeting alone. Her train of thoughts are broken by her sister who pats on her shoulder and asks her to get ready fast. I am ready. Suddenly Prerna' s phone rings she looks at the screen which display "Vikrant". She asks Shivani to get ready fast and walks into the balcony picking up the call.
Prerna - Yes Mr., finally you got time to call your friend, haina ?
Vikrant - so sorry, I couldn't attend yesterday's function too. See Prerna, I am trying my best but I am not able to complete the office work. If I work now and wrap up and be updated, then at least I can attend your wedding. I hope you are understanding.
Prerna -  it's alright, you have done a lot for me.
Vikrant - By the way, in talking I forgot to tell you the main reason for which I called you.
Prerna (curiously) - what ?
Vikrant - I wanted to tell you that you don't need take tension any more as I will talk to Anurag about your career.
Prerna (excited) - really !, Thank you Vikrant
Vikrant - it's okay prerna, by the way no sorry no thank you in friend ship. In exchange you can think that it's your gift, wedding gift.
Prerna - so sweet, really I was very much tensed to ask, huh !
Vikrant smiles while prerna speaks,
Prerna - by the way, I was going for shopping with him (Vikrant feels insecure) with shivi and it's really difficult to speak to him in front of shivi, you know how she is ! she will make fun of me in front of everyone

She declines the call and smile just then Anurag's car arrive. She stares at the car. He comes out of the car while she comes inside and hide behind the balcony glass door and smiles more widely. He looks at her room balcony and walks in accompanied with Anupam and Nivedita. Prerna knocks on the bathroom door and asks Shivani to come fast. Rajesh and Veena welcome the Basu children. They get seated while they get the special treatment getting asked for lunch, juice, tea, coffee or snacks., etc but deny for every thing. Just then Nivedita speaks
Nivedita - no special treatment, please, we only want to take Prerna, that's it
Anupam - actually we are getting late as we have already informed the shopkeeper that we will come, so, it would great help if you call prerna
Veena nods and sends Suman. While Rajesh informs them that Shivani also wants to accompany them, can she ?
Nivedita - of course she can, uncle yeh bhi koi puchne ki baat hai
Prerna and Shivani come down the stairs. Anurag stares at her. They all bid bye. The elders asks them to go carefully. They nod and leave.
