A Guardian's Love

Chapter 5

Your POV

I woke up again suffering from the same nightmare as before, I've been having it for a while now... about three weeks to be exact. If I had to admit anything it was driving me crazy, I didn't tell any of the other Guardian's because I didn't want to so I just distanced myself a little. 'Maybe I should go away for a little while, take some time to myself, get this shit outta my head' I think to myself. I grab a piece of paper and leave a note for bunny so he didn't have to worry.

Dear Bunny,
I went out for a while, just to check up on the animal and plants, and the people. It might take me a while so, don't worry about a thing, I'll be just fine. After all I do have quite a responsibility. Take care ^-^

Love Y/N  

I pin the note to one of the trees in the Warren. I sigh as I move tp a spacious spot. 'The forest' I think to myself, soon thick vines came out of the ground engulfing me, it was dark for a minute, soon the vines began to unwrap themselfs from me. I look around I was in a forest, I smile to myself as I walk around, soon I came across a lake I felt kinda thirsty so I decided to go over and get a drink. As I got closer I noticed that the lake was frozen. 'Dammit' I think to myself. "Hey Y/N" I turn around and see Jack. "Hey Jack, what are you doing here?" I ask. He shruggs "Having Fun" he replies. I nodd understandingly. "Hey, you wanna iceskate with me for a while?" He asks me. I think for a moment, then nodd my head "Yeah, I'd like that" I reply. We walk over to the lake.

Jack's POV

"Hey, Y/N I'm gonna have to freeze iceskates on your feet" I say to her. "That's fine by me, just please don't freeze me completely" she says. I smile as I hold my staff at her feet, freezing a pair of iceskates on her feet. "Oh my god, Jack these are so cool" she says to me. "Thanks Y/N" I say, as I help her get on the ice, soon we were skating all over the place. I have to say she's a natural, after a while we got tired and decided to walk around the forest. "Hey Y/N, there's someone I want you to meet" I say to her. "Uh sure, may I ask who it is," she asks me. "His name is Jamie, he's a kid the other Guardian's and I are friends with" I tell her. "Come on let's go" I say to her. We decided to fly to Jamie's since it wasn't far from where we were. Soon we arrived at Jamie's he was in his room sleeping.

I turn to Y/N who was completely staring down at him. I wonder what's going on in her head. I walk over to Jamie and wake him up "Hey Jamie... Jamie wake up" I say to him. He sits up "Hey, Jack, what are you doing here" he asks me sleepily. "There's someone I want you to meet, a new Guardian" I say. Jamie jumps up "Who's the new Guardian" He asks exctitedly. "Jamie I want you to meet Y/N" I say pointing at the end of his bed. Jamie looks at the end of his bed then back at me "Jack there's no one there" He says. I suddenly felt bad for Y/N, I look over at Y/N, she looked sad.

"He can't see me because, he doesn't believe in me Jack" Y/N says quietly. I look back at Jamie "Jamie you remember how you started believing in me?" I ask. He nodds. "Well I want you to believe in Y/N Nature" I say. Jamie nodds his head again, he closed his eyes "I believe in Y/N Nature" he says.

Jamie pov

I opened my eyes again and I saw her. Y/N Nature she was pretty. She was wearing a beige singlet and a pair of shorty and she had a belt with a dagger on it. I saw she had really long hair and she had a bow and arrow as well. "Jack I can see her" I say. "Well of course you can you believe in her" Jack says to me. I look over at Y/N. "Hello Jamie, can you really see me?" She asks me. I nodd my head. Suddenly she looked really happy. "What do you do Y/N?" I ask her. "Well, I'm in charge of Nature, you know the plants the animals and the seasons, I have to make sure everything goes in it's natural path" She says. "Here I'll show you a little trick" she says, she holds her hands out infront of her, suddenly I saw vines growing on my bed posts. "Wow" I say under my breath.

Your pov

We spent a few minutes with Jamie, soon he fell asleep. "Poor little guy, all tired" I say quietly as I put Jamie back in his bed and cover him up. Jack and I quietly leave through his window and decided to fly around the town for a while, racing each other through the empty streets, and having a few snowball fights. Suddenly we saw North's signal, looks like he needs us.  "Looks like North needs us, come on" says Jack as he flies off, I quickly follow him.

Bunny pov

I woke up earlier than usually would, probabaly because Y/N's the one waking me up. Wait... where is she? I quickly get up to go find her "Hey Sheila... where are ya?" I tried calling her. Where is she? I looked around the Warren, until I found a note stuck to one of the trees. I read the note, so she gone to do her thing, Well I can only hope she'll be fine... I continued reading the rest of the note. She ended it with 'Love Y/N' my face heated up slightly... wait.. do I like her?... Nah there's no way I do we're just friends. But then again why would she write 'Love Y/N'?... does she like me or some thing? I'll ask her when she get's back. Right now I better get to work Easter is only about a week away. After a couple of hours of working, I saw North's signal, looks like he needs us... this better be important. I quickly open up a hole and head to North's.

Your pov

By the time Jack and I arrived at North's workshop everyone else was already there. "What seems to be the problem North" I ask. "Many children in Australia have gone missing, and we are assuming that it is the work of both Dia and Pitch" he said. I look around at the other Guardians, all with shocked and sad expressions. I look at Bunny who was next to me, he looked both angry and sad I put my hand on his shoulder. "So... what are we supposed to do?" I ask quietly. "We are to go to Australia and see what is the cause" North said.

Everyone nodded. North grabbed one of his globes and opened a portal, everyone jumped in and soon we arrived in Australia. He was right there were many posters all over the place, some overlapping others, all showing photos of the missing children. "We should split up, I want you all to have someone with you" North ordered. I watch as  Tooth and Jack go off in one direction and North and Sandy in the other, leaving me and Bunny. "Well... we should get a move" I say. "Yeah alright" He replies.

Bunny pov

Great just when Easter was coming, Pitch and Dia just had to ruin everything. Let's just hope that we can get this over and done with. I look over at Y/N, her expression looked sad. "Hey Y/N are you alright" Bunny asked her. "Yeah I-I'm fine... I'm just... really worried" replied Y/N.

"Oh you aren't going to really believe her are you Rabbit?" We turn around and see Pitch and Dia. "What do you two want?" I ask them. "What we want is Y/N, and since the Nightmares couldn't do their job, we decided to do the job of collecting ourselves" said Dia. "I'm not going anywhere with you two" Y/N says. "Fiesty as usual, get her" says Pitch as he sends Nightmares at us.

Narrator pov

You and Bunny fought the Nightmare off, you were down to a few arrows, and your clothes were torn. Suddenly you saw Bunny get knocked out by a Nightmare, you quickly run to his side and try to wake him up. "BUNNY, BUNNY COME ON WAKE UP... PLEASE"  you scream as you try to wake him up. Suddenly you were hit by a Nightmare, you fell to the ground and the last thing you saw was Pitch and Dia approaching you.

I woke up in a really dark room. I quickly try to get up, but I was pulled back down by chains.
