Early in the morning, Harry and Niall arrived at a warehouse, a call for an emergency meeting. Niall decided to drive, figuring while Harry was calling everyone. Liam had already arrived- 30 minutes prior. The emergency meeting had only included the five of them. Harry kept his briefcase close to his feet, his personal phone sitting on his lap.
He had found Aurora fast asleep between her parents in the guest bedroom. As he got ready that morning, she softly walked over to him, wrapping her arms around his waist, laying her head on his back.
"Are you doing okay?" Harry asked, turning around to face his wife, his tie still undone. Aurora nodded her head, her hands going up to his tie, fixing it for him.
"Thinkin' about taking them out to see the town, go to the mall, eat lunch out, you sure you don't want to join?" Aurora asked. She was still a little spooked out by what had happened, so a day away from the house would help.
"You enjoy time with your parents, Niall needs me to work, otherwise there would be a disaster of some sort." Harry chuckled, staring down at his lovely wife. Aurora nodded her head, a smiling appearing on her. "You don't worry your little mind, I doubt anyone will try anything, we have cameras and I'll call the departments to ask if anything has happened.
Harry and Niall stood in the middle of the warehouse, Zayn and Louis standing off to the side, while Liam inspected the film of the man dressed in black.
"What time did this occur?" Liam asked, looking up from the laptop.
"Around 2:30, I broke in through the front door, picked all the locks. They didn't take anything, not that I care too much. All they left was that note," Harry nodded his head towards the crumbled piece of paper that the guys already had a look at.
The warehouse was empty, with the far north corner being filled with crates and the cars. It was owned by Harry, initially, but put the buildings under Niall's name. Harry rubbed his forehead, this was the last thing that he wanted to be concerned about. On his long list of priorities, this was not supposed to be one of them. From the corner of his eye, Harry saw Zayn and Louis share a look between the two of them. .
"Anything you want to add, Malik?" Harry now faced the two quietest members of their group. Louis and Zayn stuck to each other like glue. Harry figured out pretty soon, after meeting the pair that they do everything together- every mission they would partner up- every meeting, they sat together. Harry never was able to figure out why they were so inseparable. He never bothered to ask, advised from Niall.
Zayn shared a look with Louis before speaking up, "Yeah, if you look closer on the video, on the man, there's a necklace around his neck that peeks out." Liam looked at the video once more, zooming in on the man in the video. There is a reflection of the necklace hanging from the black hoodie. The footage was too dark to be noticed clearly.
"Can you make the footage clearer?" Harry asked Liam. Liam nodded his head.
"Might take awhile,"
Aurora sat in the driver's seat, an eager smile on her face. The plan at first was that her father was going to drive, according to her mother, however Thomas wanted to see his daughter driving. Aurora had gotten her license the second she turned sixteen, all thanks to her father. Thomas sat at the passenger seat, the same eager smile painted across her face. Charlotte sat in the middle, in the backseat. Charlotte was nervous for her daughter to be driving them.
"Thomas, you are far too happy," Charlotte commented, making sure she buckled her seatbelt in.
"Calm down, honey. Aurora is going to be just fine. Our child can drive perfectly fine." Thomas waved his wife off.
