She spun her head in anger, he ruined her mood, as she left the array, she looked around perhaps for Nian, their eyes met, she was somewhat bold this time, she just smiled and looked away.
Wei Hong jumped for forward, even without him being called, the elder looked dumbfounded but he had gone into the array anyways, wind, fire and earth, a triple element. Wei Hong grinned, Nian could guess what he is thinking, he and Ning'er are both triple elements, this would leave him assured that he and Ning'er are a perfect match, Nian hit his forehead with the palm, how frustrating.
Others came up, the number of people who haven't tested started shrinking by the minute, finally it is Yu Zhong's turn, he came forward, Nian could guess, he is a triple element, wind, earth and fire.
Yu Zhong smiled.
“ your turn !” Yu Zhong said.
Nian looked over, the elder pointed at him already, Nian was startled he didn't expect it.
Nian stepped forward, he felt Wei Hong's eyes sticking to him, he wouldn't blame him, even he is anxious to know how many and what types of elements he has.

it's brightness engulfing him, his golden eyes shone bright alongside, the whole array trembled, Nian felt its energy and pressure welling up from beneath, all the elements flew up, each shining very bright, wind, water, fire and earth. Nian looked heavenly, his hair rising up, everyone's mouth opened wide agape, no one remembered the elder saying anything about a four element affinity type martial artist.
The golden light finally faded after several minutes, Nian came down, waiting for an explanation from the elder, Nian looked over, he read the elder's expression, although he looked shocked but he didn't look happy, Nian searched his face, perhaps he was mistaking, but there was nothing of sort, the elder looked rather worry some instead, another expression came to his face, pity, Nian furrowed his brow in confusion, his four element affinity type had left everyone speechless, they had all lost composure and left their mouths opened in amazement.
Nian looked over at Wei Hong, he still looked shocked, this means he hasn't read the elder's expression - or perhaps he couldn't.
“ there are some people with terrific talents in the world, these people are known to be able to control all types of elements, their talents is so supreme that the world is said to be ruled by them, the word ‘ excessive’ isn't enough to define their talents” the elder sighed as he paused, he took a deep breath and continued again “unfortunately over the years the people with these talents came to realize that these sort of talents didn't come ordinarily, it needs an extraordinary and unexplainable amount of hard work to back it up, these amount of hard work could be met by several of them, they couldn't even meet up with the hard work required to establish their foundational stability, even their masters were not exempted, they needed super class masters who would devote all the time in their life to train them, although some of them prepared mentally to face the hard work but found no master who could help in training them because super class masters definitely can't devote such tremendous time, shut themselves out of the world to training only one disciple, as time went by, this made them unable to catch up with their talents’ requirements and become trash in the end, this is why they resolved to the saying that too much of everything means nothing, too much of talent means no talent at all, I'm sorry my child but it almost like you are as good as trash, except you mentally prepare yourself for a life-taking hard work and of course if you see a super class master who would devote his lifetime in training you, such master, I'm sure you can't see in the whole of soaring cloud pavilion”
