3rd POV

TRIGGER WARNING // self harm :(

He woke up to the sound of Draco's humming while doing his makeup. Harry slept like a baby while cuddling the silver Weasley jumper that smelled like Draco.

"Good morning." Harry greeted. "Mornin'." The gray eyed wizard replied sleepily. Harry couldn't help but notice the dark bags under Draco's eyes. Then he saw that Draco's eyes were dull without any glint. It had a storm in it and it was blurring the emotions Draco hid from Harry. Harry also couldn't help but notice that Draco didn't glow like he used to. He only had the glow from the highlighter. He made a mental note to ask how he was doing later but now, he needed to get ready for class.

Upon arriving late for breakfast, Hermione, Pansy and Blaise were still there but no sign of Draco. He asked his friends but neither of them knew where Draco went. Harry got worried but his friends reassured him that Draco was probably taking a stroll before class started. They said that he was probably getting some stuff out of his mind and Harry wanted to know what the stuff was. He felt guilty. He was scared that he might've pushed Draco a bit.

When classes started, Draco didn't appear in the first class nor in the second. Finally the last class of the day, they saw him. He looked sickly pale and his eyes didn't hold any life in them. He looked like his life was just sucked by a dementor. He sat at the very back of the class and didn't seem to acknowledge his friends at all. Harry wanted to confront and comfort the sad looking blonde boy but Pansy disagreed and told him that Draco needed time. He obliged but kept a close look on the blonde.

He was getting worried and seeing Pansy and Blaise looking calm knew that Draco had acted like this all the time and this was the first time Harry had seen it and he didn't know what to do. Pansy said to leave him alone but Harry's instincts is telling him to find Draco. He didn't even see Draco ate breakfast or lunch and dinner was coming soon but Harry hasn't seen Draco since the last lesson. When he put his book bag in his room, Draco wasn't even there and when dinner came, Draco of course wasn't there. He couldn't comprehend how Pansy and Blaise was so calm. Their friend hasn't eaten at all but they still seem unfazed like Draco's behavior was normal which was true. They told him that he hasn't been the same since the war and he never did move on. He was so good at hiding his emotions that Harry thought that everybody had moved on after the war just like he did but then he remembered that some people couldn't get help and that someone was Draco.

It broke Harry's heart knowing that some days Draco starves himself and hid away from people. He wanted Draco to trust him. If he wanted a relationship with Draco, he needs to gain Draco's trust and mustn't break it.

He grabbed an apple and two pieces of treacle tart, and made a run to go find Draco. He didn't take long because he used the Marauders map. He got paranoid after seeing Draco's name at the edge of the astronomy tower. Different thoughts ran in Harry's head and he ran like he never ran before. Scared to loose him. He didn't even know why he was thinking such things.

He made it to the landing at the top of the astronomy tower. It was dark and cold, he could barely see the silhouette of Draco which was sitting outside of the railing with his feet dangling off the edge. He didn't seem to acknowledge Harry's present. Draco was slowly leaning forward and Harry ran. He ran as fast as lightning. He ran faster than running from Voldemort then he hugged Draco from the inside of the railing. Draco was startled by the hands wrapping his chest and the scream of "Don't !" By none other than the savior himself. Harry unconsciously pulled Draco back into the tower and hugged him tightly in his chest. Draco didn't know what was happening so he pulled away. It was the thought of Harry made him all moody. It wasn't supposed to be that way but he couldn't help knowing that the other wizard would like him for a couple of weeks then he would leave him after remembering all the nasty things he'd done to the other boy.
