Chapter 30

Yua's POV

' Miko, our breath is not a curse. It's not an ability, but a breath that can help save this world we're living'

A voice can be heard, but I can't see her face, it's blurry. She was wearing a demon slayer uniform with a sword in her waist. Even if I can't see her face, I knew she was smiling, a smile that is warm and gentle. I wonder why she is so familiar and it feels like I knew her very well. I felt her hand tapped my head, gently ruffeling my hair.

It's warm

But I'm not Miko, who is she?

My eyes widened when a sudden crimson fire sorrounded me, the woman infront of me backed away, still showing a gentle smile.

' W-wai-

" Yua-san! Wake up."

I slowly opened my eyes and met a crimson pair of eyes together with a light pink pair of eyes. Tanjiro sighed in relief before patting Nezuko's head, I slowly tilt my head and saw Mayumi besides me with tears in her eyes. She gently hugged me, I'm still confused on what happened, my body is not that heavy but I can't feel any pain. Did I subconciously used black flame to heal myself? But that flame is different than mine.

" What happened?" I asked softly making Tanjiro smiled gently.

" We won Yua-san, thank you for giving us time to wake up. Also Nezuko used her blood demon technique to heal you. The kakushi will be here in a minute." Tanjiro explained making me smile and closed my eyes, I'm glad all of us were safe. " Nezuko and I will check someone." Tanjiro then said making me open my eyes and nod.

" If Nezuko didn't heal me, maybe I didn't make it." I said while staring at the siblings who are getting farther away.

" Don't say that Yua." Mayumi said making me laugh softly, well if I really died, someone will really can't accept that I died. Also, another someone will not forgive me if I die. I slowly tried to sit up but my injuries are painful making me just give up and layed down. I guess, we need to wait for the Kakushi to come and help us clean this mess.

To be honest, I'm not that sure if Tanjiro will wake up that time, I'm just assuming and hoping that it will happen. But it he really waked up, I don't what had happened while I'm still unconcious but I'm glad we won. I'm also proud of Tanjiro, like Kyojuro said the boy was strong and someday he will become more stronger, like a pillar's strength. I wonder if I can continue watching them grow strong, I then smiled. What am I talking? Of course I can watch them grow into a strong man.

" Yua!" I slowly tilt my head when I heard a familiar voice, my eyes widened when I saw Kyojuro running towards me with worried face. Before I forced myself to stand up, his warm arms was already wrapped around me. Mayumi was also shocked but for me I smiled and relaxed at his embrace while closing my eyes, the hug ease the pain in my body.

" I shouldn't have let you go with Uzui-san." Kyojuro said making me just chuckled.

" We can't take the time back Kyojuro. Besides, I'm still breathing." I replied before gently facing him, his warm and big hand gently cupped my face, while his golden eyes was softly staring at mine. Even though his face showed worriedness, he was still smiling with relief.

" I don't want you to leave me, I can't take it." He said, I then pout at him before pinching his cheeks.

" Look who is talking, you also nearly left me. Anyways, what are you doing in here?"

" Uzui's crow asked some back ups and Oyakata-sama ordered me and Obanai to check all of you in here. But I think it's already settled." He said still not daring to let me go, well I can't blame him after all. I heard Zenitsu crying and weeping like he nearly died but I understand him. We just defeated an upper moon demon and it's too exhausting.
