"Our problem now is how to protect the card." Killua says we stare at the card he obtained from earlier today. "Seems like there are spells to steal cards and others to protect against stealing. But we don't have any of either kind." Gon comments"we're easy targets since we're beginners. Especially Killua since everyone saw him win." I say"a few guys have been tailing us since we left the tournament. If only there were clumsy guys like those,it would be fine."

"We're totally defenseless against the weakest opponent if they use a spell." Gon says"not quite. I have a pretty good idea of how these attack spells might work. For instance,if you have a spell that takes one random card from the opponents player slots-"Gon nods"I get it. That's a clever trick." "The guys from the 'Hame' group said there were spells like this." Killua and Gon went on but I didn't wasn't really listening. Stupid attention span.

"WAIT YOU THREE! OVER THERE!" We all stopped and turned to see a older man who was sweating a lot. "Put the 'Sword Of Truth' card on the ground. If you do as I say,you won't get hurt." Killua scoffs"get lost."

"Wait! Ah...book!" All three of us called for book as well. "You're bluffing! I know you just arrived in this game! There's no way you have spell cards or any imposed slot cards besides the 'Sword Of Truth'!" He then pulls out a card"'Theif'! Attach Killua-take the 'Sword Of Truth'!" The card then disappeared and the man began to freak out. "Just because it's an imposed card slot doesn't mean you to put it into an imposed slot." Killua smirks as another guy jumps out"thanks to that,I saw everything! For that card to be in a free slot is just what I needed!" He then pulled out a card himself and he planned to pickpocket Killua...but that to disappeared. "Huh?! You don't have anything in your free slots either?!"

"I don't necessarily have to put the the cards I own into my own book." Gon smiled brightly at the man"but I have more than one pickpocketing card! Pickpocket on-attack Gon!" A light then transmitted over Gon and the man ended up with a card alright,just not the one he was expecting. "A simple stone?! What is that?!" He screams throwing it onto the ground"that's a stone I picked up from the plains." Gon explains as another man came out,this one a little bigger than the others. "At the end of your tricks? Then get out of my way! You lost because you had no information on the contents of your opponent's book. But by using 'sightvision' I can tell that the 'Sword Of Truth' is not in Killua's book nor the girls! Therefore,by using 'steal' I know that the 'Sword Of Truth' is in one of Gon's free slots." I let out a yawn"I'm bored,this is boring. These men are getting no where."

"Well not to worry lady! Because this time,I'll be the one to rob it! 'Rob' on-attack-"Gon then ran towards the larger man and stole the card that was in his hand. "See?" I groaned"lacking training,huh? You couldn't even see my movements." Gon turned on his heel and flung the card back at the man"next time I'll keep it." Killua smirked"amateur right? This one here is a pro Hunter."(I wrote pro hero at first,I need to sleep)

Killua left him some advice as we all walked away. The man was clearly not happy. "We still need spell cards for defend ourselves." I admit"if we were targeted by pro level guys then we wouldn't have a chance." And then we found our path being blocked by a few players wanting the card. "God these people are annoying. Don't they understand they won't be getting it?" I sigh aloud"these people are pissing me off!" Gon growls"they need to give up already."

Needless to say,it didn't last long.

We now found ourselves in a trading shop. "We'd like to trade 'Garugaida'." Killua tells the man"alright that'll be 120,000 jenis. If you entrust us with your money,there's no risk of it being stolen." Killua declined as he turned to us after closing the deal and walking out. "That guy's annoying. Will he say the same thing each time?" Gon gave a nervous smile"he's an NPC what were you thinking?" Killua opened his book"we have useless cards." He complains"hey at least we don't have to worry about money." I tell him as he sighs and closes the book. "Let's go buy snacks and drinks and then we can depart from the city!" Gon exclaims"you're really optimistic,aren't you?" Killua hums"of course! I wanna use magic cards to! It's so cool when you take and invoke it!"

Killua and I followed Gon"besides that we also need a map of the island." We found ourselves a small shop that carried map cards. "Which are you buying?" Killua asks the smaller boy"number 100! Plus,it's the only one we can afford. It's more fun to discover things ourselves anyway." We bought the card and immediately put it to good use,the card transformed into a map in Killua's hands.

"We really don't know much..."

"Let's ask!"

"It'll be 3,000 jenis if you wish to know the position of Masadora." The NCP said"can't you lower it?" The NCP replied with 3,000 jenis. Of course we paid for it. They told us the information and we left.

"Wait for me!" A female voice called our making us stop in our tracks. The girl from before with the blonde pigtails was approaching us"if I remember correctly,we entered the game together." She nods"please let me join your group!" Killua puts his left hand up"sorry." The girl's eyes widened"you'd be a hindrance." Killua and Gon turned on their heels and walked away,I stared at the girl and ran over to the boys. "That was so mean Kil!" But he just ignored me"wait! I promise I'll make myself useful!"
