"Get in the car, Sussianna?" Chris orders me.

He clearly does not understand when I want him to leave me alone. I don't want to be with Chris, especially with how he treated me with his friends. I mean, what the hell is his problem that he always treats me poorly when we are with his friends?

I continue to walk down the sidewalk when I get my phone out of my purse and start to dial for Camille. She answers, "Hey Sussianna," and I go to speak, but the wind is knocked clean out of me when I feel strong arms grab around my waist.

I scream as I'm hoisted from my feet, spun around, and tossed over his shoulder. Why does he always grab me like this?

"Hello Sussianna, answer me. Are you there? Are you okay?" I hear Camille's concerned voice through the phone as I'm still hovering over his broad shoulder.

"Camille?" I try to speak into the phone, but suddenly Chris places me on my feet and yanks the phone from my hand.

"Camille?" He says and starts pacing. "Yeah, it's Chris... Chris Suave... Yeah, she's okay... No, no it's okay, I will take her home... No, she wants me to take her home, she said it herself, so no need to come to get her... I will... You too." The call was short and I began to wonder did he just convinced Camille that I wanted to go with him when clearly that was a lie. He's persuasive, not just to me, but to everyone else as well.

"I'll take you home," he grasps my elbow and guides me to his car.

The hell he will. "No, Chris. Give me back my phone," I shout when I yank my arm from his strong grasp. Then I turn looking towards him and move my eyes down to where his hand is holding my phone.

"You're not wandering around on your fucking own, Sussianna," he grates, his tone full of authority.

"I don't have to go anywhere with you, Chris if I don't want to. Now give me back my phone." I tell him as I hold out my hand.

"Not until you get into the car." His blue eyes are fierce and he sounds determined to get what he wants. Right now I assume it's me he wants. Please someone give me strength because he's an outrageous philanderer, seeing what he wants and taking it. On the other hand, who does he think he is for me just to agree or do anything for him?

He distracts me from the question that I'm asking myself with the way he surprises me by opening the passenger door. I stand still with my arms crossed, looking at him, and shaking my head.

"Sussianna stop defying me and get in the fucking car."

"What the hell was that?" I yell.

"What the hell is what, Sussianna," he asks repeating my question.

"With your friends. For one, you acted like a jerk to me..." Like always, but that has not really changed. "Then you tell them I was a virgin. Like what the hell Chris did you have to tell them that?" I should have kept my mouth shut after my last phrase, but once I start talking there is no stop to keep me quiet. "Not to mention you freaking just teased me upstairs."

His eyes widen. "Meg was being a bitch as she usually does and besides she was drunk as well," he shrugs. "Besides you know Solomon already told you that she was drinking too much."

"Solomon?" I ask and tilt my head to the side with a lack of certainty.

"You saw him with Meg. Solomon was the one who Meg was sitting on his lap at the party..." Oh, he's the guy with a piercing on his nose. Chris continues. "He's her new boyfriend; well the new guy she has sex with for a week or two. She always finds a new playmate to fuck around with, so this week it's Solomon. Poor bastard."
