☆ It's the final two in the Hide-and-Seek challenge video that we are recording. It's down to Thomas and my best friend Karl. Karl has already been second in this challenge before, and he felt so bad after losing. If he won the previous one he could have gotten 60,000 but now he could win 70,000 so the stakes are higher. We have been searching for the final two for almost two hours until something picked up onto our walkie-talkies...

"Come in Jimmy" Cody spoke through the device.

"What's up?" Jimmy asks.

"I think I found somebody."

"Cody, you found somebody? Everyone to the church!"

"To the church, Cody found somebody!" I spoke up, I was worried who it would be. It could be Thomas or Karl...

We are all crowded around Cody who believes he just found the final player. We anxiously wait to see who was there or even if someone was there. Cody opens the door and then someone steps out.

"I hate you all!" an angry Karl steps out, "All of you!"

We all let out an "OH!" or a "NO!" at the same time. He falls onto the snow in a snow angel position.

"Again?!" he says in a sad but angry voice.

Sadly he lost the challenge and missed the chance to win 70,000 dollars. Karl seems so bummed out about it and I can't lie it really broke my heart seeing him like that. We finish wrapping up the video by the time it got dark and it was time to head back home. Well, it was sorta home. We were staying in these hotels relatively close by so we could film a few videos here. Karl and I carpooled to the town today so I was going to take him back to the hotel. As we walked to my car and Karl looked so upset. His head slumped downwards, his arms barely moving and his feet dragged along the snowy ground leaving a trail rather than footprints.

"Yo, so um do you want to stay over at my room tonight or something?" I said while looking at him with a smile. He stopped walking for a second and lifted his head to look at me.

"Yeah," He said while smiling slightly. His face was a little red but I brushed it off because we were in the snow all day, so I thought he is probably just cold.

"Okay cool," I say trying not to sound like a dork but on the inside, I was smiling like crazy and had butterflies in my stomach. "Oh and just for the record you did amazing out there."

"Thanks, Chris."

"No problem dude."

We finally reached the car and both get in. I start my car and get the heat going to warm up a bit. We both sat there for about a minute before putting on our seat belts and heading off to the hotel. A few minutes into the car ride I see a sign for a Walmart in the distance. "Oh, can I actually run into Walmart super quick?''

"Yeah but make it quick, it's boring without you." Karl chuckles to himself.

I pull into the parking lot and find a place to park right before turning off my car and getting out. Karl unbuckles his seatbelt and sets his chair a little farther down and shuts his eyes.

"Whatever you say, boss." then I locked the doors.
