Jackson and Mia sat on the blanket by the campfire, at the beach. They were holding hands and kissing. While I was in the water. It was a little bit cold, but I didn't want to disturb the happy couple. Well that is what happens when your two best friends becomes a couple. You feel like the third wheel. But you can't stop being friends with them just because they are a pair. Or can you? No! No they are you friends, and you stay together.
She was laughing at his horrible jokes, when the Particle Accelerator at S.T.A.R labs blew up. It came a huge yellow light from the explosion. It was like some kind of a wind, was coming towards me. And when it hit I got all warm inside.
''Get out of the water!'' Jackson screamed. A lightning hit me the same second. I felt the lightning in my whole body, I even felt it in the water. Then everything got dark. The last thing I felt was the water touching my body.
Every time I tried to open my eyes it was so foggy and new faces, (I think).
The first time I opened my eyes, were when Jackson and Mia had dragged me to shore. Mia shook me, and Jackson tried to talk to me.
''Paige? Wake up! Are you okay?''. He was breathing heavy, he must have been the one that got me to land. My eyes closed again, and I became unconscious.
The next time I open my eyes I see (foggy) one blond guy. And it's not Jackson, I can say that. I think he is an ambulance dude. He sits on the right side of me and hold my hand or checks my pulse. I can see a long brown haired girl sitting by my feet, it must be Mia. Then my eyes closes again. And not much happened after that then a lot of talking. I heard Mia ask someone about me.
''So what you say is... we can't stop her from getting in coma?''
''I'm afraid so''
