truth or dare - part 2

newts head perked up at my name and he was shocked when the word "dare" left my lips
"you're really no shank huh?" minho questioned as i have him a 'i told you so' smile
"i dare you to make out with the glader you fancy the most" gally spoke
i've not even been here for a day yet i knew the person i was going straight too
"ah i best pucker up huh boys" minho said too confidently

i stood up, confident with what i was doing so i didn't look like a sissy to everyone.
i went straight over to him, sat down on his lap and our lips collided. butterflies, shivers every imaginable feeling of chemistry oozed throughout me. i just hoped the boy was feeling the same thing.
"i- i don't know what to say, that wa-was.."
"good?" i finished newts sentence
"yeh you could definitely say that" he laughed back

"ok ok you too can get a room later" minho spoke, a little annoyance traces his voice but mainly sarcasm.
"ok i have a dare for everyone to end the night" i decided to speak before anyone else made a comment
"i'm listening" thomas said
"all of us should jump in the lake"
"y/n i think that's the only good thing to come out your mouth this game" gally laughed
"clothes off though yeh?" minho added
"pants on but yeh if you wan..."
"sorted, all of us though, even you" minho gave a smirk smile in my direction
"wouldn't want it any other way" we all laughed

5 minutes later and the only people yet to jump into the lake was me, newt and a few of the other boys. i had a feeling newt was going to wait for me as when i begun to undress, so did he. he came over and almost stood in front of me to block the boys view who were already in the lake waiting.
"COME ON YOU SHANK,THIS WAS YOUR IDEA GET IN" i heard one of them yell but couldn't tell
who it was, probably minho.
"why did you suggest undressing" newt questioned
"are you sure you feel comfortable with us, you know it's pretty obvious all the guys have a thing for you, gallys never this nice to anyone"
"newt, it's okay, i can look after myself, i'm sure i want to do this, it's only a bit of fun"
"okay love, but we haven't sorted out your sleeping arrangements with chuck yet and the poor boys probably already asleep, you can bunk with me in the homestead tonight if you want"
my heart jumped when he called me "love" and the idea of sleeping with him and i couldn't help but reply "thank you newt, that sounds good, now come on let's join the others"
"if you say so" newt sounded unsure about this so i took his hand to assume him it's fine and we jumped together.

the cool, refreshing water washed over my body and made it tingle as it was freezing. i couldn't help but notice all the boys staring at my half naked body yet i wasn't uncomfortable still. newt definitely was and i could see the jealous expression take over his face.

after we spent around an hour of throwing each other around and messing about in the lake we all decided that i was about time to head to bed
"big day tomorrow greenie, job trials" thomas spoke but my mind wondered as i watched newts body emerge from the lake. water dropped off his perfectly shaped body and it trickled down his carved face. he shook his head and the wet hair complimented him very well.
"hey newt" i shouted not realising i was still unclothed and had walked away from thomas who was having a conversation with me
"y/n you're bloody half dressed love" newt spoke but i was distracted "do you want my clothes to cover yourself, yours got soaking, sorry"
"i umm i no that's okay mm"
"you okay y/n? you seem a little distracted"
"yeh sorry, umm i'm good, anyways where's this room of yours it's freezing out here" i explained slightly shivering as newt wrapped his arms around me leading me towards the homestead.

his warm arms around me just felt right, like i was home when i was with him.
