First REAL Date

*Tiffany's POV

  It was about 8:00 at night when I was finally prepared for my date with Taetae. Getting ready had taken longer than I had expected, only because it was hard to pick out an outfit that fit all my requirements. First, I had to look pretty but I didn't want to seem as if I was trying too hard. Second, I needed an outfit that I would be comfortable in. And lastly, I needed to be somewhat warm, since the weather outside was getting a lot colder. I tried outfit and after outfit until finally choosing one.

  Since my husband was still working, I sat on the couch and waited for her to return. I talked to myself and tried to think of things I should say and things I shouldn't say on our first date. "Aigoo, I'm crazy. I can't plan a perfect date in my head," I say to myself.

  After a few more minutes of waiting, I finally hear the front door of our house being unlocked. I quickly stand up and pull down my skirt to make sure there it isn't ruffled.  I look up and after fixing my outfit and see Taeyeon walk in. I smile shyly and walk to her, I wrap my arms around her neck and peck her lip. "Hey Taetae," I say against her lips. She smiles and pulls away, she looks me up and down slowly and smiles when our eyes meet, "You look beautiful Tiffany," my husband says. I blush and bite my bottom lip. That's one of the many things I love about Taeyeon, she never fails to make me feel special. Other people wouldn't say anything to their date, but getting a compliment from Taetae makes me feel a lot more confident.

  "Ready to go beautiful?" she asks. I blush even more and nod. Why do I feel nervous all of a sudden? Taeyeon intertwines our fingers and we walk out of our house together.

  Now my husband has her arm around my shoulder. I smile to myself and enjoy our first date without being followed around. I finally feel like we're a normal couple, not just a made up couple for TV. I look up at Taeyeon and she looks back at me. She pecks my lip quickly and we continue to walk around. Luckily for us, since it was night and it was dark, we weren't recognized.

After walking and talking for a while, we stop at the Han River. It looks beautiful at night and even more beautiful when the person your deeply in love with is right next to you. Taeyeon is next to me, her arm still around my shoulder as my head rest on her arm.

  "Mushroom, look at me," she whispers softly. I look up at her, now, her arms are wrapped tightly around my waist. My hair is blowing in the wind, Taeyeon smiles as she move some of my hair away from my face. "What is it Taeyeon?" I ask in a whisper. She doesn't say anything, instead she leans in and kisses me softly. I wrap my arms around her neck before kissing back.

  I like this kiss, because it was like our first real date. The butterflies in my stomach went crazy. My heart beat a million times fast and I couldn't help but feel that this how it was meant to be. Taeyeon makes me feel so safe and secure. She makes me feel beautiful, maybe I was meant to be with Kim Taeyeon. Maybe she's my forever.

  We finally pull away from our kiss after a long time. She smiles and hugs me tightly, I gladly return the hug. Our eyes meet again, she takes my hand in hers. "You're so beautiful in every way possible. Whenever you need me, I'll always be here for you. Tiffany, promise me that you'll find someone who will love you and who will always protect you," all of this she says while looking into my eyes. "Promise me?" she asks again. I feel tears threatening to escape my eyes.

  "Pabo, I already found all of that in you," I think to myself.

  "Promise me Tiffany. Just promise me!" she says a little louder. Now I can't help it, a few tears roll down my cheeks. I nod and hug her tightly, "I promise you Taeyeon. But you have to promise to never ever leave my side." She kisses my cheek, "I promise," she whispers softly. I smile a little, "Always stay with me, no matter what," I say. Taeyeon kisses me, "I'll always be here, no matter what happens."
