Lea has completely abandoned her past. A daughter of a tremendously wealthy family, she thought her bloodline meant nothing. Because of the careless mother and father she once had, there was not a single soul beside her who cared and protected her. After walking through the glass doors of Everly Academy, a performing arts school, she is delighted to discover her talents, but disheartened when she is in solitude.
But then Jace stumbles into her life, and everything changes. He’s known to be a cold and unfriendly person, but his heart has a soft side. Thinking Lea is just a naive girl, he tries his best to avoid her, but ends up encountering her from time to time in the oddest situations.
When the two grow attached to each other, discovering the secrets of their pasts, they would one day regret it. Little does Lea know that she is being watched from a distance, her freedom is being limited. With the past hindering her dreams, she’s afraid that she might also turn her own back on herself.
