I-Chapter 21-I

Y/n's POV:

,,Wait what.." he got up and locked eyes with me.

,,I repeat, d-do I know you sir..?" 

,,I- I- s-stop playing dumb Y/n- you're messing with me! Hahaha funny joke- prank! You got me you can stop acting now!!"

,,But I'm not." he laughed maniacally, but when those words escaped my lips he stopped and looked at me tearing up even more. His body collapsed on the edge of the bed. Tenko sighed as his knees came up to his torso. 

,,I'm messing with you player 1.." I snorted quietly. He looked at me and in his eyes clearly could be read the pain releasing and being washed over warm feeling of relief. He threw himself in my arms.

,,You moron.." He mumbled burying his nose in my neck. I giggled and hugged him. 

,,So how long have we been here?"

,,Three to four days."

,,What-?!"

,,And Twice.."

,,Twice wha- *cough*" - And at that moment it hit me.

,,He.. took a downfall.. from those two buildings.." 

....

,,Y/n.. I'm so sorry.. they couldn't save him in time.."

Silence.

,,Y/n please say something"

,,I-" I mumbled not being able to look up. ,,I'm so so sorry"

,,Oh dear.." Tenko embraced my shaking body as tears swealed up in my eyes, soon becoming an uncontrollable waterfall. 

,,I pushed the wave, I didn't mean to end up like this.. I'm sorry for running off and not stopping to talk it out with you first." 

,,Hey, hey. I know.." He cupped my cheek with his left hand wiping the tears away, while softly cooing ,,I understand you were angry, I know it was and it is hard. But, Twice wouldn't want you to feel guilty for it. He would've understood if he was here. Don't cry my love.. We can fix this one way or another. Hey, we still have each other and the others, bad things happen and even if we are the cause of them we have to understand that what we did was wrong, but life still goes on and the world still spins. And so, we learn from those mistakes and we become a better person. Yeah?"

I nodded quietly and embraced him again. 

,,I'm so sorry.." 

,,It's okay now.." 

,,When can we go home.?" - I asked quietly.

,,I'll go ask" - he softly responded getting up and leaving the room.

After a couple of seconds I managed to get up and quietly pack my belongings into my bag and soon enough Tenko walked in looking somewhat relieved.

- Hey, why are you up? - He asked nervously chuckling. 

- I decided to pack my things in case we can go home right away. 

- I see, well I was planning on doing that for you, but since you did it yourself and luck is on our side we can go home right away - he smiled and took my hand along with my bag. - Let's go home and we can talk it out with the others too okay? 

I nodded and we checked out of the hospital and got home without any trouble. Soon enough we got to the door leading to the bar and we walked in taking everyone's attention. 

- Oh my god.. - Dabi exhaled as Toga came rushing and embraced me with tears in her eyes. I hugged her back and stroked her hair along. 

- I'm so glad you're back, I was worried sick- and after what happened with Twice I- 

I shushed her softly and we all sat down talking the whole situation through. We all told our point of view and apologized. And with that we all went to bed hoping for the best in the upcoming morning.
