The small male gulps at the question.
He feels that if he and zeal date then it's wrong, right but also wrong. He feels as if they are hiding a secret from Aussie, dating behind his back, while he is in a deep sleep. Might he not awake.

Ofcourse he shouldn't feel that it's wrong to date without Aussie knowing because, they have never been in a relationship before, so whose to stop them?

A long moment of silence aroused between the two

"Haha pardon me, it's only a joke, I'm only kidding!"

"Yes"

They both spoke at the same time, in unison, making this more awkward and creating more ice and tension between them.

They both are shocked and confused, feeling very awkward.

Philip feels quite heartbroken and annoyed? And..... Upset that it was a joke?

Zeal felt his world crumble into dust, he was actually serious but because of every second of silence that had passed,

He became more and more nervous, therefore he resulted into idiotically saying that it was a joke because he was for sure that Philip would say no.

Philip feels so embarrassed, his cheeks flushed, he's starting to look like a tomato.

Zeal also has a light pinkish blush, he can't believe he just ruined his chance.

Philip said with annoyance, embarrassment, grief, sadness, irritation, and anger all together, but remained to say it calmly but the other emotions like sadness and anger are very much visible to the ears.

Philip tries his best not to act mad and sad, he kept a fake smile.

Zeal noticed Phil tone, it seemed off, he.... Sounds.... Hurt by the fact that it was a 'joke'

Zeal knows he messed up, really messed up big time. How could he possibly make this situation better? He can only make it worse.

Zeal clenched his hands in a fist as he grabbed all his courage to speak

Zeal gets cut off by Philip, Philip sounded so irritated and annoyed, angry, zeal noticed that tears? Were staring to form in his beloved's eyes.

Phil then ran away as quickly as possible to escape the embarrassment.

Yes... Phil was quite annoyed and irritated, and sad?.

He felt like crying and this couldn't keep calm and accidentally shouted but tried to show that he's calm.

The familiar noticed Philip's mood but he of course dared not to speak and just looked at the direction he should be looking at, at the road.
