With Chloe sleeping so peacefully with a trashcan by her side Hannah volunteered to cook creamy potato soup for her, it was easy to make also she could just drink it really, and she had biscuits heating in the oven, Chloe didn't have to have one but she always had biscuits when she made potato soup because she always dipped her biscuits before she ate it.

Gideon actually had Chloe sleeping against him while he was stroking her hair. Both Gideon and Jack was watching tv while they waited for dinner, Dempsey and Icebreaker play fought on the floor. No matter how many times they were told to stop, boys will be boys.

Joker came walking down from the hall and he crashed on Gideons love chair and gazed back at the tv they watched. "What do you assholes want for Christmas?" Joker says, it sounded mean but everyone knew he meant it light heartedly.

"Nothing." Gideon answers honestly "well, Chloe's happiness then"

"I don't know if they have that at the dollar store but I'll see if they do-"

"What does Chloe want for Christmas then, Gideon?" Jack asks nicely holding his hands on his lap. "I'm sure me and Hannah can get it."

"I already have what I'm getting Chloe on my mind, but for you Mitchell since you're asking. Chloe always wanted a glass chess set, the expensive one."

"Chess? Really?" Joker cringed at that answer but just as before, everybody pretended like he wasn't there.

Jack looked away from Joker then back at his friend who he knew was being serious "How expensive are we talking?"

"A couple hundred"

"Oh! Okay that's fine, I'm sure we can get it for her." A smile formed on Gideons face while he stroked her hair more.

"Thank you, Rookie" Jack looked at him with a nod and a assuring smile "erm—Hannah—what do you want for Christmas, doll?"

"A baby but Jack won't give me one." Hannah said with angry sarcasm in her voice, with Jack shaking his head and sighing both Gideon and Joker looked at him with dramatic gasps

"Mitchell..." Gideon says "how dare you"

"Why?" Joker says after him dramatically

"Because he don't love me enough." Hannah interrupted him before she went back to her soup "that's why"

"Fennec...you know it's not like that-"

"Hannah baby girl I'll give you a baby" Joker got up from his chair going to the kitchen "trust me, forget that bitch!"

"Hey! That's my wife!" Jack yelled, he then got up and rushed to the kitchen after his friend. "JOKER!!"

Gideon looked down at his sleeping wife and just shakes his head with a sigh listening to the two soldiers bicker like children. They were silenced when Hannah hissed at them both to shut their traps. "At least we are normal, bear."

Sitting up on the couch both Chloe and Hannah sat together with their legs crossed while the two was drinking Hannah's famous creamy potato soup from the bowls. The soup felt so good for Chloe's heart and she could feel the steaming hot soup hit her stomach in its right spot.

When Hannah gave her a biscuit Chloe just broke it into pieces and mixed it with the soup, Hannah would never judge her because she had her fair share of very strange ways of eating different foods.

The three boys ate their soups in peace, of course talking to each other about their work. Jack and Joker told Gideon what he was missing out on and all the new information they've learned from the KVA with Illona. Well, mostly Jack was telling Gideon new information while Joker was mentally orgasming over the soup, it's not that special, Joker is just special in his own way.
