I wake up early in the morning, real early that I caught Kuya Miko sleeping on my couch across my bed.

Why is he sleeping there? His room is just few steps away from mine.

Kuya Miko has no blanket, so I get up to cover him. But before I can cover him fully, he opens his eyes. I am startled.

"You're awake?" I ask as I step back from initial shock.

"You're awake," he says and gets up. He takes his eyeglasses from the coffee table and wears it.

"Hey, continue your sleep. You look tired," I say and try to touch his forehead but he examines me quicker.

"Okay ka na?" he asks. "Yes?" I answered, half questioning. Why? Was I sick?

"Thanks, God. I'll call papa," he says and quickly goes out of my room. Wow, he's fast.

I fix the blanket that I was supposed to give to kuya Miko, and then I fix my bed too.

I am glad that Kuya Miko still cares for me even though I know that he's still mad at me.

I put the blanket to my khaki cabinet. Actually, everything in this room is khaki. Some are brown. Even the walls. It's my favorite color.

As I approach my door to go out, I suddenly feel my room is changed. I remember it was fully white but it's now khaki-painted. Maybe I was just dreaming.

As I go out of my room, I catch papa running on his way to my room. But when he sees me, he pretends like he is not.

"Why were you running? Is there an emergency?" I ask.

"I was just exercising," he gives me a smile and taps my head.

"Anyway, good morning, honey! How was your sleep?" He asks joyfully. Kuya Miko is behind him, he looks like he is waiting for my answer too.

"It was good and tight. You know, pa, I had a very long dream. It seemed so true," I share.

"Tell us about it," papa says.

"Why not let's have our breakfast while you tell us about your dream?" Kuya Miko suggests.

Minutes after, we goes to the dining room when our breakfast is all ready.

"Hm, pa, what do you think of me becoming a chef, huh?" I ask while enjoying the moment. I notice papa and kuya Miko exchanging glances. "That would be great!" Papa says and then kuya Miko reminds me of the dream I mentioned about.

"How about let's now hear about your dream?" Kuya Miko suggests.

"Oh, okay. Hm, it feels like it really happened. The Winter Group and the Wildia Group had agreed to a mergence through a wedding for me and Leo. Your wedding plan for me and Leo, was already finalized, regarding the venues, the invitations, everything. Though, everything was rushed. And then Leo and his parents came here for additional conditions. You were talking about it with technical terms, I couldn't totally understand. So I went out to look for Leo. We had talked again. Sadly, he didn't want the wedding, but he said he needs it to happen..."

"Needs it? He told you he didn't want your marriage?" Kuya Miko asks to clarify.

"Yeah. Anyway, that's just in my dream. Silly." I laugh.

"Shall I continue?"

"Yes," kuya Miko looks interested.

"No," but papa looks like he heard enough.

"Anna said it's only a dream," papa says to kuya Miko and then he turns to me, "honey, let's just eat. That's your favorite."

"Yup. Papa, I'm serious. I want to be a chef! I want to cook my favorite dishes on my own. Soon, I'll get married and I want to cook well for my husband."
