SEPTEMBER 2018

JUDE's P.O.V.

Humming to the tune of the Beatles' A Hard Day's Night, I walked my way home from the university. It's a bit distant but it'll be a perfect exercise since I'm quite lazy myself.

"Look, it's gramma Judy."

"Seriously, she wore those clothes last week."

"Sshh she might hear you."

"Oh no, she's probably listening to her old bands again."

"Right, she is gramma after all."

"Excuse me." Was all I managed to say as I crossed passed them. I sighed and decided to put my earphones on. Let's put on that bloody Helter Skelter.

"Judy!" I bit my lip as I heard the guy's voice calling my name. My heart skept a beat as I feel his footsteps getting near me. "Yes?"

"Do you have any plans in mind for our Science project?" Cedric asks, fixing his glasses on his nose. I lowered my gaze a bit to hide my cheeks from heating due to his presence.

"I-I do, but I'm still looking for a partner." I replied. Geez, I have to practice not stuttering in front of him. "Wow, that fast? Well, if you don't have anybody in mind, you know how to call me."

"You insist?" I almost smiled. "If you just want to. I don't wanna force you." He playfully pokes my cheek. Okay, what is composure.

"I'll see you tomorrow, then." He bids before walking away.

Holy knickers, was that even real?

I put my hoodie on to hide this ridiculous smile on my face. I can't believe Cedric would actually like to get partnered with me on the Science project.

"Hey, Jude!" I fastened my pace as I heard another voice. "Hey, don't avoid me. I just saw your blueprint for the Science project. You might need some helping hand."

I rolled my eyes and fastened my pace even more but he still got to catch up with me. "Let me guess, your boyfriend asked you out, didn't he?"

"He's not a boyfriend." I demanded. "A crush then?"

"No." I denied. James grinned at my frustration. "Whatever. Want me to walk you home? I can hear Helter Skelter."

I smirked at his remark. Out of all people in this generation, it was James who understood my music taste.

We just walked in silence until I got to my place. I unlocked the silver gate and went inside to the grassy field wherein my house is in a few yards. The wind was blowing my wavy, brown hair, as if it was kissing me.

I opened the door to my small house and satisfied to see a piece of paper fell in between the doorway. Good to know nobody has the interest of robbing my mini condominium. It's all I have.

I dropped my bag on the couch and started to take my boots off. Where are my fluffy slippers? Ah, it must be in my room.

As I barefootedly walked towards my room, I literally jumped at the sight.

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"

The four men shrieked. Or should I say... The Beatles.

Wait.

THE BEATLES?!

"Holy crabalocker fishwife-"

"Don't touch us!"

"You abducted us, didn't you?!"

I fell down on my knees and covered my mouth that's been gaping for a while now. This can't be possible. How are the Beatles, the biggest band in the world, are in my room right now?
