well yk, as u can already tell by the title, this is going to be a weightloss diary for no one else but my freakin self in terms of motivation and discipline lmao :) pls don't take any advice of me or try eating like me (!!!) as i do suffer from an eating disorder and am 170% sure that my eating habits are gon be pretty toxic 😍 anyways, i hope this is gon be kinda fun for any freaks reading it.
