Summary: The book follows the life of an 8-year-old girl, Adella, who lives in the city but spends precious moments at her grandparents' house, alongside her family. There was war and we end up winning. The witch was cast out and so was the hybrids. We live in fear ever since. Adella Reef is a sixteen year old princess mermaid. She a shy and wild mermaid. She loves her family and best friend dolphin Freddy. They are celebrating the 16 year anniversary​ of the war they won. Adella hear some socking news that could ruin her. She doesn't know what to do so she runs away.
