Title is not original but I think the plot is. First real fanfic :) --- He was hurt. Mentally. He was hurt mentally. It turns out being insulted from a day-to-day basis can hurt quite a bit. With almost all nations seemed to have turned their back on him, he marches forward. He keeps a smile on his face. He lifts others up while dragging himself down. Only North America along with Estonia and Italy seem to know about his problems. One day it all leaks out. His hurt, rage, protectiveness, and secrets that were once never to have been spoken again.
