Remembering you makes me dive a little more into blue Summer's blue sky Winter's blue rain Remembering you is pain Sharp and impossible to forget Why is that? But remembering you is happiness A room full of laughter Me behind my desk Giddy and joyful, eager to impress Tell me those words once more Butterflies in my core 🦋🫧🧺🫐🕯️ The Short Story of a Diarist in Verse Poetry 2024©️

Fatigue is a short story about what it is like to live with a chronic illness. It explains a symptom that can be so difficult to explain and for others to understand as many think it means being too tired but instead, it is so much more. This was written to be a small part of a book I hope to write called "When I Woke Up." I have only barely started writing this book in the past week but the idea is for it to be about a girl who woke up one day with a disability. She struggles with a rare condition called Chiari Malformation Type 1 and does the best she can to navigate a rare condition with little help. This will be an autobiographical fiction piece to explain the emotions and feelings of what I experienced. All rights reserved. Copyright © Taylor Haugen 2025

An alien Robot came to me before she left to die. She sang to me the stories of how her ancient world and species ended, how she was created to travel through Time, how (in the far future) she met an essential boy named Anders, how she named herself Grace, and more. "They departed like the pale fragments of a final twilight in the history of a dying world."--Ray Bradbury, "Dandelion Wine"
