When the war ended, they deemed that too many people were neglecting society to become pokemon trainers, and not enough remained to support the world's finances. After the Aura War, new laws appeared. Any aspiring pokemon trainers would either need a sponsor or a scholarship to travel the region, collect badges, and challenge the pokemon league. Everyone else was subjected to education and put into the workforce to maintain economies and the peace. And now, the story begins with a new teacher, fresh from his journey as a pokemon trainer. Jay Jhoews' scholarship has run out, and he needs to make enough money to go out once again, to become a Pokemon Master. But everything is about to change. A new organization emerges from the shadows, not unlike those who controlled the world during the war. And Jay will be dragged right into the middle of it, whether he wants to or not.
