The situation for First Nations children is incredibly discriminatory, unfair, unequal, and deeply traumatic. First Nations kids don't get adequate social services, get unequal social services, are sometimes denied healthcare, their schools are underfunded, and kids are being separated from their families. Which is traumatic. Participate in this communal action so that they stop being discriminated against. Read on to find out more.

the dark side of chocolate?!! A rather simple poem but I hope to convey the message. Working in chocolate factories is one of the worst kinds of child labor in Africa and recently Brazil. Western African countries, mostly Ghana and the Ivory Coast, supply about 70% of the world's cocoa. The cocoa they grow and harvest is sold to a majority of chocolate companies, including the largest in the world. We can fight against this injustice by buying chocolates from ethical sources and questioning the transparency of companies when they refuse to share their source of cocoa .

"Sign of the Timez" is a series of stories where a young girl is transported back in history and experienced life as a child during different times. "Child of the Cave" sees Stephanie travel back to pre-historic times. She will experience the life that the first humans had. This will be good times and bad times. It will be a challenge for her. It will also show the human strength and weakness in history. I hope you enjoy it (not all things in "Sign of the Timez" are historic correct)
