This is a story where the Autobots go back to Cybertron with their human companions. They are greeted by their respective parents and they must adapt to living on another world.

Set as the prequel to Transformers: Prime Set on the Transformers' home planet of Cybertron, prior to their arrival on Earth, the game depicts the deadly civil war between Autobots and Decepticons. While the Decepticon leader Megatron seeks this substance for himself, believing it will allow him to return the planet to its "golden age", the Autobots, led by Newly Optimus Prime, attempt to stop him, knowing it would instead doom their homeworld. 3 earth years later... A powerful legend known as the dark spark has been found and the Decepticon's are on the hunt to find it while the Autobot's are trying to get to it before they do while getting ready to leave cybetron. 1 earth year later ... as the Autobots struggle to defeat their Decepticon foes in a civil war for their home planet of Cybertron, with their core dead and low on energon they must leave their world to find more energy but the decepticon's try to stop them and left with No hope they have one last fight in space....
