What if the jedi were cops and Kamino was a chain of care homes looking after kids on the street? What if one day, the jedi had to adopt these kids and break a cycle of years of abuse? Follow the story of when the jedi actually got to adopt the clones.

Yay! I had my first Star Wars Rebels dream! I don't even know when this is placed, except before the rebellion, and....durning the Clone Wars? During the future? AU for A New Dawn? The times don't exaaaactly add up (the story has Kanan, Jedi, Master Depa Bilba, Hera, TONS of Sith Lords, and FYI Kanan and Hera are the same age as in A New Dawn) but hey, dreams are usually wacky anyway! =D. Also, characters are slightly AU. Thanks for reading, SKYE Another note: they have the same attire as they do in Star Wars Rebels season two, now how would my brain do that? I DONT OWN THE AWESOMENESS OF STAR WARS, STAR WARS REBELS, OR A NEW DAWN. BE PREPARED FOR FEEEEELS. D; (have a tissue box ready, just in case)

First chapter is a joke chapter but is still the only explanation I could come up with for the rest of this story. Depa survived Order 66, but sacrificed herself to save Kanan and Ezra seven years later on Lothal when the Bridgers were arrested. The last memory Kanan has of her is her telling him to protect and train Ezra in the force. The two leave Lothal and planet hop as they hide from the Empire. At least that was Kanan's plan until he meets a certain twi-lek.

sequel to the Littlest Warrior set about a cycle later..... Kanan leaves the crew for a while to spend some much needed time alone in order to honor the birthday of his deceased master and while dad's away the kids will play! what all could go wrong? foodies Ezra and Sabine and Zeb enter a spicy chili challenge at a local eatery while they do side work and wait for his return, but unfortunately Ezra is made a fool of and bites off more than he can chew and Kanan returns to the Ghost to a situation that makes him want to go back off on a solo vacation.
