The Vegas Golden Knights and The Anaheim Ducks are battling it out on a Wednesday night. Owen Halford is slowly getting more upset with a few goals being let in and is eventually pulled. Yuri Lukin goes in his place. Although they can't shake the feeling that something bad has happened between them after Owen storms out.

Timeo Klauser is a goalie prospect for the Minnesota Wild. He arrives in Iowa to play their AHL affiliate, The Iowa Wild. When meeting some teammates two stick out to him. Two French twins take a deep and quick interest in Timeo and plan to know him well.

Evelyne has no school friends, a difficult relationship with her parents and is doing poorly in school. At fourteen, the only thing that motivates her is playing goal for the midget boys' hockey team. As the only girl on the team, her isolation is exasperated. Inadvertently, she enters a time tunnel after being berated by her coach for her goaltending being too predictable. The time tunnel takes her back to Dawson City, Yukon in 1904-05 when the local team challenges the hockey dynasty of the Ottawa Silver Sevens for the Stanley Cup.

Yuri and Owen just finished up a game with a win. After some convincing they head over to a bar and end up meeting fans. Owen is not too great with them and Yuri is in heaven. He can not believe fans love him.

Owen is about to win the Vegas Golden Knights another win before he is injured. Yuri's instincts quick in and he must save his...friend. Despite all better judgement he leaps to save Owen.
