Explore an avid forest of mathematical equations which give birth to the most bizarre, stunning and amusing graphs of all times. Researched and compiled by Dewan Maksudul Islam Mukto, BSc 2nd Year student at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada (at the time of publication of this booklet). All the graphs (and their equations) featured and shown in this book have been first discovered by Dewan Mukto. He is generous and doesn't care whether you credit these graphs back to him or not. All that matters is your enthusiasm towards mathematical graphs expressed from an artistic edge.

The golden ratio, also known as the divine proportion, golden mean, or golden section is a mathematical ratio - special number approximately equal to 1.618. It is commonly found in nature, and it can also be used to achieve beauty, balance and harmony in art, design ( such as: architecture, logos, UI Design...) and photography. A Fibonacci sequence starting with 0 and 1. The previous two numbers are added together to produce the next number in the sequence: 0,1,1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21,... Is the golden ratio truly golden? Has this number truly been incorporated by painters and sculptors? Or is it just the rule of nature into what we perceive as more beautiful or in case the painter or photographer didn't follow the ratio, what makes such an image empty in comparison to the one that submits to the 'gold.' Here an attempt to write along the same principle. Thanks to those who take the time to read.

In the fractured world of Heradia, two nations born from the same ideal are consumed by an endless war: Shirubon, defender of peace and reason... and Ryūkoru, an empire obsessed with imposing absolute order through science. Amidst the chaos grows Kogane Kagenobu, a young soldier with a strange gift: when he learns a mathematical concept, he can see it manifest in the real world. Orbits in smoke, golden trajectories in bullets, spirals in nature... His entire life is an equation awaiting answers. His only memory is of his father-a man who taught him that war is never the answer. Since then, Kogane studies tirelessly, determined to find meaning in numbers... and, perhaps, end the conflict that took everything from him. But fate is capricious. After surviving a brutal attack, Kogane is called upon for an impossible mission: to infiltrate Ryūkoru, uncover the plans of the Akatsuki dictator, and stop him.

@AshleyMistMalichi contacted me with an idea about Fibonacci's Golden ratio and Larry. I kept the Fibonacci but wrote another story than their original idea (of course with their consent). ❤ 1,1,2,3,5,8... Louis sees the world in numbers. The Fibonacci sequence can be found everywhere in nature, with the Golden ratio of 1, 618. One day a boy catch his attention. A boy whose face is almost a perfect example of the golden ratio. Purely fictional.

"Do not turn around." Ratio doesn't need to be told twice, for he already knows how the myth goes. He has braved the sea of Nihility once, and he'll do it again. Except, this time he has company... or so he hopes. "I trust that you are there, Aventurine." Silence. Or: Ratio is Orpheus, leading his dearest Eurydice out of the sea of Nihility after he's gambled his life away.

Aventurine hums. "Calling you 'detective' seems a little too plain. How about..." The phantom thief chuckles under his breath before slowly holding one hand out. Against Veritas's better judgment, he puts his hand in his. Gloved fingers clasp around him gently, giving him ample time and opportunity to pull back. He doesn't. Instead, he thinks about how the fabric is so thin that he can feel a bit of warmth through them. Instead, he thinks about how those fingers are a little smaller than his, slender with a delicate touch. Instead, he thinks about the way Aventurine lifts his hand up to his face and presses it to his mask. Veritas's knuckles brush over right where his lips would've been. "My darling detective..." Or: Detective Veritas Ratio is assigned to Phantom Thief Aventurine's case. It turns out he has a penchant for stealing more than just expensive goods.
