A personal response for English. The prompt was William Earnest Henley's poem Invictus, and we were to talk about determination.

This poem gave me a lot of inspiration I mean a lot there's only one page but it's wroth it read tell me what u think let know what it meant to u!!

Fortem. Crown Prince of Lithos, a faraway planet in a faraway universe. Sensational warrior. Powerful thinker. Amazing strategist. Also terribly reckless. This is the saga of his life. This is the saga of how he came to OUR Universe. This is the saga of how he fought the real battle, one shirked by so many before him. This is the saga of how he fought the War For Peace.

A Jane Doe was found in the middle of nowhere right next to an abandoned warehouse. Somehow, the finger prints wouldn't tell who exactly the body belongs too. WHAT LIES BEYOND THE HORIZON SYNOPSIS The youngest of the crew is Jerson ,eighteen years old who lied about his age to be enlist. Their plane was called "Invictus", a flying fortress created to fly for the battlefield and terrorist attack but as he wandering in a wasteland he noticed that the world that they lived in change and most of his crewmates never come back.

Walking in solitude in a dark pavement Wondering why everything becomes cynical Little by little wanting light for a moment But the whisper said, "You are frail. " Just wandering to find a home In bleak and nasty road The soul needs to rest and be calm But the whisper said, "You're just an ebb. " Why the world becomes cruel? My life does what it does Why situations become puzzled? And the whisper answered, "You're a rust. " "You are worthless and a burden You can't prove everything I know You will fail along your journey And I'm the whisper to laugh at you.
