Jellicle Stories

Years after Grizabella's ascension and Old Deuteronomy's departure, a new generation rises beneath the moonlight. As Mistoffelees embraces his role as the Keeper of the Light and Munkustrap leads a tribe threatened by Macavity's return, the Jellicles must uncover the true meaning of the Choice. Facing old betrayals, hidden mysteries, and the shadows of the past, they discover that their greatest strength is not power-but love, memory, and the courage to choose their own destiny.

When Delibub, a red Somali cat from a rich family, is thrust out onto the streets, she has a fateful encounter with a grey tabby who takes her under his wing, introducing her to a tribe of cats, a new identity and a fantastical life she had no idea could even exist. But on the tribe's most important night of the year, a mysterious ginger tom threatens the tribe's way of life and her newfound family.

U/C Two years after Grizabella ascends to the Heaviside later, another Jellicle ball takes place. Another dance, another cat to be reborn, and come back to a different Jellicle life.

(Listen, I don't care what others say I like both the Broadway and the movie version of Cats) This takes place before the musical. Lightning, a tiny munchkin mane coon Jellicle cat, was always under someones wing.. or in this case paw, how she went under Skimbleshank's paw was beyond her, when the time came for the Jellicle Ball, she was enchanted by the magician cat Mistoffeless who was in her eyes, charming and handsome. Maybe this ball was more then choosing who goes to the Heaviside Layer.

We all know I have an obsession with Cats the Musical (hence the username). So I decidd to let my obsession take over my Polyvore account (it's QueenPsycho, hint hint.) and I made outfits for what the jellicles would wear if they were humans. This book is dedicated to JustAJellicle for the idea :)
