A child's cry echoed through the silent room. The maids carefully wrapped the wailing child in white linen as the mother requested her immediately. The cries stopped as Lady Fitzwalter cuddled the tiny body. Prince Richard rushed in followed by Prince John. Prince Richard peered at the baby as Lady Fitzwalter handed the bundle over to him. "It's a girl." She whispered breathlessly. "It's an ugly child." He remarked as the child's face was red and speckled with blood here and there. The child started crying again as Richard passed the baby to John. Prince John shook his head, "No... She's beautiful." Suddenly Rowan of Locksley burst through the door. "I heard you were giving birth so I rushed over as fast as I could Lady Isabel." He looked up at the beautiful woman as she layed weak and tired in the bed. His eyes scanned the room before finally landing on the small bundle in Prince Johns' arms. Rushing over to the young prince Rowan stared down at the baby girl. "Marian."

The Merry Men are the heroes of England, or the villains, depending on whose story you listen to. They fight for freedom. They are roguish, handsome, gallant... Gallant fools, but they would never admit to it. The only reason I know is because I'm one of them. The tyrannical King John has ruled with an iron fist and a blood stained mandible for as long as I can remember. He will stop at nothing to destroy the Merry Men or anyone, for that matter that disagrees with his views. But the Merry Men defy him, and will continue to fight him, and all our enemies, to our very last breath. That's our oath to England. It's our oath to the world.

What if you had nine lives to get it right? Sebastian Blake, a veteran of the foster care system and isolated genius, is weary of a cruel world where crime goes unpunished. So he hunts serial killers in his spare time, picking out details the police over look. And now the trap is set. Sebastian has nine suspects to put behind bars, and he's about to set everything into motion. Let the games begin. Robin has been on the run for years. He's three false identities deep and he has no intention of going back behind bars. A masked vigilante by night, he spends his days learning to assimilate to society while hiding his real identity, a sociopathic killer who avenges the weak by mercilessly executing criminals. There's no way anyone will see through his clever disguises, will they? Basically I wrote this because I wanted it to feel like a Netflix original series you become emotionally invested in, binge until two am on a Saturday, then try to convince people to watch because it wasn't necessarily the greatest thing out there, but it was definitely decently clean good fun. Trigger/Content Warning: Violence, teenage characters discuss former trauma to include sexual assault. This is brief. Some on page brief violence. Some brief teenage sexuality.

Summary: Sheriff George of Somerset, accompanied by his noble steed Lord William Percival the Third, embarks upon a journey to Nottingham to assume his duties as Sheriff. What follows is a tale of: One (1) judgmental horse with criminal tendencies Several (?) outlaws in inexplicably coordinated green hose One (1) disappointingly short legendary outlaw One (1) knight who doesn't understand sarcasm Zero (0) remaining shreds of dignity Inspired by Monty Python, medieval history (loosely), and the author's questionable life choices.

For centuries, Hero has lived in the shadows as a force of nature and magic. Gifted with immortality by the gods the moment her lover, Leander, drowned in the Hellespont, she appears every century to fulfill the role of watching over those whose fates are destined to be laced with heroism. It was she that gave Hercules his strength, and Odysseus his intellect. She who gave King Arthur Excalibur. In return, she makes them promise to remember her and pass the knowledge of her existence on to their children and grandchildren. However, they always forget, and Hero is always lost to history. When Hero is summoned into the year 1194, she vows to live in seclusion, living out the rest of her immortality alone in a cottage in the Sherwood forest. However, when a man stumbles into her home with grievous injuries, Hero is drawn to his aid. Little does she know that the man is Robin Hood, an outlaw whose fame stretches across all of Britain for his thievery and charity. By helping him, she unwittingly allies herself against the court of Prince John, who controls the kingdom in his brother, King Richard the Lionheart's, absence during the Crusades. Forced out of her isolation, Hero sets her goal on finding Robin's band of merry men in the forest and persuading them to take her into their ranks. As she grows closer to Robin, the world begins to change around her in drastic waves. She finds that he brings out a part of herself that she hasn't seen in centuries, and she feels more and more human. And that's because, slowly, her immortality is wearing off.
