Let's get two things straight One: That lovesick nieve little mermaid you grew up watching in the movies isn't real. I would know...cause I'm her Two: Mermaid...No, surfer...yes. Now I don't know where or how they got mermaid from surfer but I can tell you now. I am not a Disney Princess mermaid and I will never ever be in love with so called 'Prince' Eric. --------- Ariel has spent her whole life surfing. Growing up right next to Cocoa Beach definitely has its perks especially when your father is the most respected man in Florida,Mayor Tyson. While Ariel dreams of surfing and eventually going to the Olympics her father has other dreams for her. Which to Ariel's dismay include bad boy and heart throb Eric Coulter. Growing up constantly in Erics shadow Ariel has learned to hate him and do everything in her power to come out on top...even if that means making her own rules and breaking a few laws. So when Ariel gets fed up with always loosing to Eric she makes a deal with a local enchantress, trading her moms necklace so that she can finally come out on top. But when bad things start to happen to Eric Ariel realizes that the deal she made might be more than she bargained for.
