A based heavily off world where Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Shinji Ikari Raising Project - Shinji Ikari's Chocolate Completion Project takes place but with a dramatic new twist that combines ideas heavily inspired from the Rebuild of Evangelion, Darling in the Franxx, Planet of the Apes, and Civilization: Beyond Earth. As Shinji Ikari and his friends witness the arrival of friends old and new return to their lives, the time they will all share together will become much more interesting. Their lineages will be discovered, their deepest struggles brought to light, and their lives tested as they face their future with uncertainty and unease. Little do any know however, is that the world all of them have grown up will change forever as an event known as "Third Impact" destroys their home of Tokyo-3 and the surrounding Hakone Region. Following this, a worldwide nuclear war as fallout from the incident brings the whole planet to anarchy. The coming era of the "Great Mistake" is destined to bring dark times ahead. Will Shinji, his friends, and family be prepared for what is to come, or will they become just another one of many names mentioned in history's texts.
