15 years after the ecological catastrophe known as Third Impact, now said to be caused by Shinji Ikari and his Synthetic Variable Fighter known as Evangelion Unit-01, he is now dragged back across a barren red wasteland by Aska Shikinami. Emotionally and mentally broken, he is imprisoned aboard the IAV Miracle to await trial for his supposed crimes. That is until a shocking reveal from the mysterious clone of Rei Ayanami, known commonly as Rei Q, changes everything a good portion of the world and everyone in Wille (officially the World Security Group) believes about the situation. When this finally comes to Shinji's attention, he reunites with old friends and sets out to finish his own fight that he began 15 years ago before being captured and thrown in stasis for 1/3rd of that time. Armed with this revelation, the shadowy organization known to many as the Triforce, mysteriously reappears on the international stage and a bllody worldwide campaign of surveillance, terror, and violence begins, with any who are deemed a threat to "the bright future" hunted and eliminated. And finally, Shinji will finally confront his father in a final battle between the Triforce and NERV that determine the future of the whole world.

shinji ikari an immortal who has traversed into many universes, before finally joining starfleet of the united federation of planets, now a lieutenant commander, with a field promotion to captain in the wake of the mars attack, shinji takes this opportunity, to aid a ragtag crew, and an old admiral return to their proper homes, and continue on their mission of exploration

Think about Neon Genesis (and Rebuild Of) Evangelion, but with a completely different cast of characters and a totally different story direction from what Hideaki Anno had planned. In regards to the rest of the story, if you want to find out the rest, see for yourself, on your own will.

mitsuru hanabira, has lost everything, but has regained an old friend in the process, the godlike entity known as provisional evangelion unit-01, using this relic of a unit he has collected numerous technologies with the goal of rescuing his family, from a fate none could have anticipated, and save two members of his family from an early grave as well

shinji ikari had escaped the prison that was unit-01, but in doing so he found himself transported to an alternate dimension returning to his homeworld he created 'project: atlas strike' now watch as shinji's weapon activates, and he reclaims NERV from his father

neither EVA unit-01 nor unit-13 were destroyed during the additional impact event, leaving shinji with two evangelions, and a possible third in the EVA unit-08, making a decision he leaves his world behind through the use of the dirac sea, his goal is to turn the two evangelions into something more controllable and productive, this is his journey

shinji ikari wonders the multiverse, gathering technology as he goes, all with the intent of creating a weapon powerful enough to defeat gendo ikari

Shinji ikari is the head of the reborn organization: celestial being, with a number of allies, shinji works towards redeeming his name and saving an entire galaxy from tyranny

shinji ikari has been reborn numerous times and has built up a following now he has found a home, in the world of remnant having introduced his technology to the world, and granting it a place as the capital world of the principality of arcadia, now reborn as jaune arc, he now finds his old friend and through it is welcomed into beacon academy

The interruption of third impact did more then anyone ever intended, unit-01 was hellbent on protecting its pilot at any cost sent to another galaxy, far, far away from the war about to fought in on earth Shinji joins an even larger role, with perhaps an even more important role to play, but this time, he doesn't have an evangelion pushing him towards a path, this time the path is his and his alone

shinji ikari has broken in the worst ways imaginable, having managed to kill his father, take unit-13, NERV, and the NHG: gebet, WILLE is terrified at what the unhinged shinji is planning, especially after learning shinji is much older then they had anticipated

shinji ikari, did not remain in the prison that was created for him and his EVA, they both had simply vanished, but that doesn't mean he had been idol

NCC-76393: U.S.S.-VANGUARD, an intrepid-class federation starship, this vessel served as shinji ikari's command, and home He may not have been a captain but if ensigns could have their own top-of-the-line craft, he should be allowed to command what was practically an outdated vessel as a commander Not that it mattered, with the ship having crash-landed and the crew all but lost, shinji was alone with only the hope that the vanguard would fly once more, especially as he needed to escape his father and the evangelions the man commanded

Shinji ikari was a boy who was abandoned and is now the leader of a nation of wandering warriors looking for a new place to call home

the action of piercing of unit-01 with the spear of cassius has much further reaching consequences instead of a near impact event the reverse occurs as the damages from the second impact are reversed even more bafflingly however unit-01 disappears no one knows if it is still active or if it's dead, and many wish to find out

unit-13 sent shinji scrambling into an alternate universe during forth impact, believing this to be the direct action of tabris to save him, shinji makes a new life, finding his way into the officers academy of the UNSC, he now is now the rank of commander, and commands the UNSC: dreamkeeper, an enlace class frigate, where will his journey take him, especially when his old life as an EVA pilot has not completely left him behind
