Royalflush Stories

Narrative depicting and personifying the seven sins as children from Mother Earth.

A new empire joined the land. Bullseye, they call themselves is an empire built in the shape of the game board, Darts. The royal family, also known as Triples are at a rivalry with their neighboring empire, House of Cards. The royal family calls themselves The Royal Flush and is not pleased to share the land. Both will try to conquer each other and betrayal will occur. Both royal families are different, though. They have odd likes and dislikes that makes them the superior of their empire.

I wrote this story for my Creative Writing class. I put a lot of effort into this story and I hope it's something that brings back family memories for you as you read it.

Moon is the main character of Royal Flush, a calm and disciplined karate fighter who leads with logic and control, but inside him lives another personality named Vedant-a violent, ruthless force born from rage and a past life-creating a constant internal battle where Moon tries to protect everyone while struggling to stop Vedant from taking over when emotions or danger push him beyond his limit.

Royal Flush is book two in the novel SEQUENCE, "Us, unlucky few." These books have hidden intertwined storylines with somewhat familiar characters but can be read independently. We meet Amelia Newsom-Walters, a 16-year-old black girl adopted into a multi-race prominent British-American family. She struggles to come to terms with her newfound wealth, status, and family not long before she comes to meet Theodore Ahlgren, a privileged boy who comes to help her find clarity and likewise with her to him. DISCLAIMER: I own ALL the characters in this book, and their individual plot lines. Along with the entirety of the plot and the book, the only words not mine are the quotes and the short epigraph included in the front of the book and in every chapter.
