A thing i recently made for my characters BGs They're in a facility that is encouraged by the government to experiment. So basically theres the Prism shaped building in the middle of nowhere that's filled with experiments that also contains possible mass murders. They are not harsh or mean to the "experiments" so the society doesn't have much against them. Until of course, there's a breach and a class Five escapes as well as various other classes. :)
