I didn't know how much blood could be shed. Not enough to fill the world, to say the least. War was ugly, death is ugly, knowledge is ugly. Yet I am the Godess of all those things. My name is Athena and I'm covered in blood. But I do not regret a thing.

How did I get here? The most recent was 5 words in stark black and white: Active Primary Progressive Multiple Sclersois. A simple diagnoses after a lifetime that seems so chaotic, so insane, so abominable in it's amount of pain and tragedy, it reads like a Greek Tragedy or was written by a doomsday AI prophet. The story of one life that started bad and just spiraled into a moving, breathing, living freight train of tragedy, loss, violence, pain, while still having small bright spots. The story of perseverance through immensely tragic and spiraling circumstances that no one could possibly believe could be real life. A story that only a dark, depressed, possibly sadistic and masochistic Hollywood screenwriter would drum up in the middle of the night during a nervous breakdown. Read along as I tell you this story... this ongoing story... of life, love, tragedy, pain, insurmountable circumstances that only serve to strengthen our heroine, while also dragging her through the depths of despair and beyond hopelessness. I cannot guarantee a happy ending as it hasn't ended yet. I cannot guarantee you will not cry, rage, disbelieve, or question the very fabric of existence. TW: This story contains scenes of loss, grief, DV, assault, medical illnesses, and unimaginable parts of deep depression and darkness. Read at your own discretion. I can guarantee that through the darkest parts of this story... which are numerous, there is hope, love, and resilience. How did I get here?
