This is a collection of stories I am working on. They are unpolished and in progress so feel free to criticize. They are constantly edited by me. Most are small introductions to my characters. I tend to incorporate some of my artwork into my stories as well! Also features scraped stories that I will either rewrite or will never see the light of day. REMEMBER this is an ongoing W.I.P!

Dedicated to the Squats of St Petersburg and Their Inhabitants This narrative focuses on a historical fragment lasting just over a year: from late summer 1990 to December 1991. At this time, what was still Leningrad served as the backdrop for the "Twilight of Developed Socialism" in a single, isolated locality. Sonya, a sixteen-year-old girl freshly graduated from school, makes an impulsive decision to sever ties with her family and move to Moscow to study. Due to unforeseen circumstances, however, she ends up not in Moscow but in the St Petersburg System - the post-Soviet underground with its full spectrum of attributes. This is how the hippie community describes its way of life. Surrounding her is the St Petersburg bohemia: musicians, artists, drug dealers, poets, punks. But, much like Alice in the famous tale of Through the Looking-Glass, it's all just an illusion. Alone, she must figure out who her true friends are, what her goals in this journey might be, and who she sees herself becoming in the future.

This is just a short piece I had to write for my lit class that may help you get to know me a bit more. I am Currently writing a story about my day to day life as an alienated teen in high school trying to get out there more and have a bit of fun before I turn 18 this year and have to act a bit more adultish. Nora has always been a sucker for the feeling of freedom. Of not being stopped by anyone and just run your own race. This defines who she is. No one gets to tell her what to do. At home, she's content. But the feeling of being trapped is starting to slowly climb up her walls, so when her dad gets a new job on the other side of the ocean, she decides to take a leap of faith in hope that she will get a taste of what it feels like to leave everything behind, and goes with him. First she meets Eva, and hot-headed constant PMS-er and potential best friend. She's also, like Nora, Scandinavian. But not long after meeting Eva, she meets Drake. And Drake might just be what will trap her in the US. He certainly has the muscles to hold her down, you know, from all the dancing. And the looks and the body to make her stay willingly. Since she's so tired of satisfying everyone else before her, she's finished with people's bullshit. And Drake is done with sorrow. He has danced his whole life, and it has been what has kept him going for so long. Maybe he is ready to let Nora show him something else. Will Nora's feelings for Drake outweight her fear of being trapped, or will she return to what she had home in Stockholm?
