Phone call home

Young Chenzy lost her father in a car accident but thinks he is still alive after 3 years of waiting for him to come at take her home. Strange phone calls that Chenzy say is from her daddy calling say I love you then she says Sirens go off then the phone call ends. Chenzys mom decides to move from her old house to see if the phone calls will stop.
