Once he some how, finally got control of the states, hell broke loose. I've seen band after band, be defeated. First, city vs. city, till there is a state winner. Then its state vs. state. Then, I don't know what happens. It all goes down in the state capital, then the finals, what use to be, Los Anglos, CA, where Matt choices the winner.
