After finally being accepted into Hogwarts, Nova was rearing to go - making several friends in her first year, she knew her time at her dream school would go swimmingly. However, that was before HE came sauntering into her train compartment, and from that moment on Draco Malfoy was the biggest nuisance she'd faced. Could Nova quench those peculiar butterflies in her stomach whenever she saw Draco, or would she allow her emotions to overcome her? ~ Novalee Black was on born 13th January 1980. Her father died several months before her birth. Leila, the daughter of Garrick Ollivander, wand-maker, was distraught with her lover's death. To avoid the conflict of the First Wizarding War, Leila sent Nova to live with her great-aunt Walburga at 12 Grimmauld Place. Her great-aunt died merely 5 years later, Thus, Nova was transferred to the Tonks' house - where her aunt Andromeda Tonks (nee Black) lived with her husband Ted Tonks and daughter Nymphadora Tonks. Nova's mother vanished without a trace after this - many suspecting she had become too depressed from Regulus' death to be able to care for her daughter. A cosy house nestled on a hill not far from the town Ottery St. Catchpole, Nova was bought up lovingly by her new family. She became good friends with the Weasleys who lived at the Burrow, as well as the eccentric Luna Lovegood who was located on a hill nearby. It was the day that she got her letter to Hogwarts, was the day that everything changed.
