Dakota Cooper was Bucky's best friend had been since they were 2 years old when she was moved in next door neighbor. But when Bucky and the guys announced that not only are they joining the army after high school but then they announced their engagements right after it. She normally is always happy for him when comes to anything big like that but when he did this it was probably the worse to announce something considering her 3 year relationship had just ended.
