"Did he hurt you?" He whispered.
I looked at him, confused. "Who?" I asked him.
"Jack. Who else?" He started raising his voice.
My words caught in my throat. How could he know that?
"I don't know what you're talking about?" I whispered, looking down at my hands.
" Don't lie to me, Caroline!" Jungkook said, standing up quickly.
"I'm not." I sighed while closing my eyes.
"Yes, you are, I already know," Jungkook argued and crossed his arms.
I shook my head, refusing to look at him.
"I don't have time for this," I said, grabbing my backpack.
"you need to tell me everything," Jungkook said, grabbing my arm and causing me to look at him with tears.
"Why do you care anyway?" I asked him, pulling my arm away.
Jungkook scoffed.
"Are you that blind?" He snapped, not looking at me.
"I guess I am, Jungkook." I hissed and stomped up to him. I could feel my anger intensify.
Jungkook swallowed hard, feeling the dryness in his throat and clearing it with a rough cough.
"it's because I love you, Caroline."
