For Tara Cooper, these little choices have become routine - to steal out of people's suitcases, to scrap for food, to settle on a place to sleep for the night. For years, her life has been this way, trying to get by on the bare minimum. Perhaps it was inevitable that trying to steal a man's suitcase would land her in an unstoppable wave of trouble. On the surface, Timothy Hall has everything that Tara doesn't - a nice house, a great job, food at the table.
