Beatrice Whitford-Blackwood is left all alone. She was only left with one note: "Find Constance Blackwood." She soon finds herself in a secluded life living in the towns "Castle" being accused of witchcraft and murder. With finding her long lost sisters, Constance and Mary Katherine Blackwood, she now feels the missing piece of herself. In the town, she is known as "The Other Sister." Word travels fast when there is a family fortune waiting within the walls of the Blackwood home. A cousin comes to the small town in Vermont and takes advantage of two of the Blackwood sisters. He finds feelings for Beatrice. But will she have feelings for him? All he wants is the money is what she thinks. This is based off the book We Have Always Lived in This Castle by Shirley Jackson. I am writing it for entertainment only. I only take credit for my original character, Beatrice Whitford, and some of the plot, along with the cover. I give Shirley Jackson credit for the rest of the characters, and the majority of the plot. Hope you enjoy! ©The-writing-pigeon 2024 ©Shirley Jackson 1962
