Her sides burned, her lungs were on fire. Thunder crackled in the sky and perhaps if it wasn't day there might have been a flash to accompany it, but that's not what frightened her now.

This story is inspired by the Wardenrain, a creation of talented artist Chameishida of School of Dragons Forum. The Wardenrain and many other of Chameishida's HTTYD fan dragons will appear in this story alongside my own, and four vaguely familiar Chipperguins (my oc fandragons) that might get you thinking about a large Island Southeast of Africa
