The Summer ended with a defeating blow to Seirin but also to Kazuya and Kuroko; their dream of beating the "Generation of Miracles" was shattered.

Hope dawned on them and gave them one last chance. The Winter Cup is the largest Tournament of the year surpassing the Summer's Inter-High and the Autumn's League Finals.
