Many years in the future, the world is faced with overpopulation, causing famine, droughts, and all kinds of problems. World president at the time, Harry Hindingham, thus declares the event known as the purge, where all crime is allowed. Years later, the purge ends and new president Oswyn Rattigan von Braggenshnacht creates new laws and sends out his mechanical army to enforce them.
