Earthquake/ Rip Hunter

Emmalina Allen, the younger sister to Barry Allen. Also known as the vigilante 'Quake'. A meta-human with the ability to control vibrations. Twenty-five year old Emma Allen is a young woman with a rough past. Being an ex League of Assassins member, a meta-human and all that, you'd think a girl who's been through as much as her would break.

Alas, on a solo mission in Central City, a British man in a trench coat approaches the young girl claiming to be from the future comes to ask for her help, will she take up on his offer to become a legend or will she choose to stay in Central City, saving people along side her brother?

The main female character of this story is based off of the character Daisy Johnson of marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D except she's in a DC show now.
I kept the character's powers and the actress Chloe Bennet but changed most of everything else to my image to fit the story.
