[ONC 2022 SHORTLISTER] She was running from something while he was running to something. When strange circumstances throw them together, they realise that home isn't just where you sleep at night. 
     
    When Lily Gilmore visits her family home over Christmas, she didn't expect to be humiliated and broken by her old childhood friend. Embarrassed and not wanting to spend another moment around her past, she gets the last train back to Cardiff, where she studies at university.  
    
    Wyatt Larsen was coming from France to see his family in Cardiff, where his sister is terminally sick, and over Christmas, he got the first flight he could. He manages to get the very last train from the airport, but it won't be back in Wales until very early morning.
    
    Being in a train overnight is never fun, but being on a long train ride in the middle of the English countryside when the train stops because of a blizzard? That's even worse. That is, until Wyatt and Lily form a unique bond over their different circumstances that led them to be on that last train home.
